The Ozark Heritage Welcome Center is a MO Affiliate Welcome Center, owned and operated by the City of West Plains. The center offers all types of information such as local and state maps; Missouri Conservation publications; Missouri State Parks rack cards and booklets; cave brochures; numerous city brochures; and event information from West Plains and the surrounding area.

The center’s gift shop includes: souvenir t-shirts and other West Plains items, locally made crafts, quilts, baby items, bird houses, photo mugs, photo cards, and jewelry.
