Meet the Mercantile: Free Public Tours

Join one of our experienced docents for a free tour of the historic St. Louis Mercantile Library at UMSL. You’ll be introduced to our legendary transportation collections in river and rail history that include train and boat models, pilot wheels from famous Mississippi river boats, and much more. The Library’s collection of iconic works by Missouri artists is also featured, along with our special exhibitions of art, history and rare books. Tours are free, and no reservation is needed. Groups are welcome.
