Hungry Hollow Brewing Company is a small production craft brewery located in rural Southwest Missouri, specializing in artisan-style craft beer. All of their beers are brewed with premium ingredients using wood-fired steam and lots of “hillbilly engineering.” Joe Zucca, owner and brewer, hand-built the custom brewhouse that brews, bottles and distributes all of Hungry Hollow’s beer.
Situated in rural Hungry Hollow just outside of Cassville, the taproom serves our community of Barry County and surrounding areas. Since spring of 2018, the brewery has hosted lots of fun live music events featuring local musicians and entertainers. The taproom also hosts Craft+Beer Workshops throughout the year.
