Five Bistro has concentrated on the flavors of the region by using quality ingredients from neighboring farms in Missouri and Illinois. Their mission is to bring guests back to a time where you knew where your food came from as well as the farmers that worked so hard to raise sustainable and ethical products.
The menus change daily to reflect what is in season and available locally. Five Bistro prides itself on everything done in house: butchering, charcuterie, condiments, pickles, pasta, bread and pastries.
