This is an Official Missouri Welcome Center where you will find tourism brochures, maps and highway information. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and the state. They will answer tourism-related questions; give you driving directions to attractions and areas you wish to visit; and offer suggestions on what to see and do throughout Missouri. The center offers a nice place for a break from driving. Picnic facilities, vending machines, playground equipment and pet walking areas are available.
Inside this Official Missouri Welcome Center you’ll find the 500-square-foot glass mosaic mural called Prairie Passage. The colorful mural displays the prairie landscapes, personalities and history of northwest Missouri.
