Visitors will delight in the unique, nostalgic, and handmade product lines which include a wide variety of bulk foods, freshly baked items (including local Amish baked goods), bulk candy, old-fashioned personal care items, nostalgic toys, jar goods (such as salsas & jams), and so much more. While in-store, make sure to enjoy FREE ice cream, popcorn and coffee every day! 

You’ll want to check out the full-service deli counter, offering freshly made-to-order sandwiches, plus sliced meats and cheeses also available. And don’t forget about dessert! Our Story
In 2012 Levi and Erica Good purchased a large country store in rural Davis County, Iowa – where there are more cows than people! “We love seeing our neighbors stop in to shop, enjoy a free ice cream cone and visit for a while.” Dutch Country General Store has grown significantly since 2012, when Good purchased the company from his employer. Dutch Country General Store launched an online shopping experience in 2017 & adds new products regularly, allowing visitors to enjoy the quality products and experience of shopping at the store from anywhere.
