Discovery Playhouse – A Children’s Museum

Explore the many exciting, interactive exhibits in this children’s museum, located in downtown Cape Girardeau. Children of all ages can shop in the grocery store, become a dentist, drive a fire truck and learn about money at the bank.Young children can join in the fun as they uncover the magic of “Pollywog Pond” in their fishing boat. The museum’s exhibit, “Kim’s Secret Water Garden,” has children playing with boats, dams, spinners and pipes.The museum offers a wide selection of educational and fun toys at the “Downtown Toy Store,” which features such brands as “Melissa and Doug.”
