This is Curling Vine Winery’s bottle-fermented sparkling wine production facility. Get a firsthand glimpse at the traditional 18th-century French method of making sparkling wine and learn the secrets of Methode Champenoise.
All of Curling Vine Winery’s wines are available for tasting and purchase. Located on the north side of I-70, at Exit 175.
Interesting note: sparkling wine cannot be called Champagne unless it is produced in the Champagne region of France.
