When Newton County native, owner and in-house chef Randy Collins returned to the area in 1999, he brought with him skills that he had honed in some of the largest markets across the nation.
In addition, he had toured the French and Italian country sides as he learned the secrets of each countries famed chefs. Upon his return to Neosho, he brought skills and cooking insights to share with his friends and neighbors.
Food is our passion at Cafe Angelica, and being able to share our passion with the people that make up Neosho, Joplin and the surrounding areas is the icing on our cake.
