Attractions in this region include Meramec Caverns, theJesse James Wax Museum, Onandaga Cave, Wild Animal Adventure Park and Six Flags St. Louis. This area abounds with local wineries. The campground is open March-November. An on-site cafe serves barbecue and pizza (April-November).

Office Hours: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Memorial Day - Labor Day. Spring and Fall Hours: 8.a.m.- 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 7 p.m..
