On 40 secluded acres with woodlands, small pastures and private fishing ponds. Offering four guest rooms with private baths and bathrobes; some rooms have a fireplace; some with jetted tub.
There are covered patios and an aviary/wildlife viewing deck. Two horse stalls are available in the barn; riding trails are adjacent, in the Compton Hollow Conservation Area. For group events, there is a retreat area with private restrooms and a commercial kitchen.
A drive-up offers easy access for our disabled guests. Our guests enjoy the local culture with visits to Amish country, antique shops, old mills, Laura Ingalls Wilder Home & Museum, and Compton Hollow Conservation area. Located 20 minutes from Springfield; 15 minutes off of US-60 and I-44.
