There are eight single sites, each with a picnic table, fire ring, and lantern post. Some sites have hitching rails. There are five picnic sites, each with a table and pedestal grill. Vault toilets are available. No drinking water. A pavilion with a large grill is available on a first come-first served basis.
There is no charge for camping or day use.
Horses are allowed in this recreation area. The Berryman Trail traverses 24 miles of scenic Ozark countryside. It is open for hiking, equestrian and mountain bike use. Bike riders must yield the right-of–way to horseback riders. A small pond usually offers water for stock.
