This park is home to a spectacular show cave, which is a National Natural Landmark. Tours are offered seasonally. The park features Meramec River access; camping; scenic hiking trails; a lake; picnic sites; and a shelter. The park is located seven miles southeast of I-44 on Route H.

Admission to the park and visitor center is free. Cave tour prices are adults, $15; seniors 65+, $13; children aged 6-12, $9; children aged five and younger, free.

The park and visitors center is ADA compliant, but Onondaga Cave itself is not wheelchair accessible.
