Four Seasons Hotel - St. Louis – The three girls stayed at a luxurious hotel with a view while they were in the city. The Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis is the perfect escape – it is close to shopping, dining, nightlife, and activities, and also offers a relaxing spa and a rooftop pool with a view of the Gateway Arch and the skyline.
Olio – This charming wine bar and eatery is the perfect spot for a night out with the girls. Sample from the carefully selected list of beers, wines and cocktails as you dine on Mediterranean cuisine with a twist.
Central West End – A beautiful area near Forest Park, the Central West End offers a variety of boutiques, delicious eats, cozy coffeehouses and unique bars. The girls had a blast exploring the historic neighborhood while checking out the great finds in the many shops.
Missouri Botanical Garden – The nation’s oldest botanical garden in continuous operation, the Missouri Botanical Garden offers 79 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens and displays. The friends enjoyed the Japanese Garden and the Climatron is a must-see.
Jazz at the Bistro – If you’re looking for a unique evening out on the town, Jazz at the Bistro offers the best jazz performances the city has to offer. Sit back and relax as you listen to living legends and rising stars in an intimate room that offers a perfect view from every seat.
Boathouse at Forest Park – The Boathouse in Forest Park is a beautiful oasis in the city. Here, you can rent a boat and take it out on the Grand Basin to explore the park from a different angle. Or, you can relax on dry land with lakeside patio dining, complete with cold drinks and live music.
St. Charles Main Street – Located along the banks of the Missouri River, St. Charles’ Main Street is the state’s first and largest historic district, and the city was the first state capital! The girls browsed many of the unique shops that line the cobblestone street (there are 125 in total!), and there are also many delicious restaurants to enjoy.
Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary – Located just south of St. Louis, outside of the historic town of Ste. Genevieve, Crown Ridge is a big cat rescue, advocacy and educational facility. The site offers luxurious lodging, as well as year-round tours. If you’re lucky, you may get to feed one of the inhabitants!
Crown Valley Winery – The girls loved exploring the vineyards and rolling hills at Crown Valley Winery, on the Route du Vin wine trail just outside Ste. Genevieve. Stop by for a couple of hours, or an entire afternoon, of tasting fine wines either on the outdoor patio or in the locally crafted interior.
