Take Your Internship to New Heights
The Missouri Division of Tourism provides an opportunity for students to gain exposure to the tourism industry and develop the skills used in destination marketing organizations. Students will use their classroom knowledge and further develop a wide range of skills, build their résumé and network with professionals and peers.
Internship possibilities may cover the wide array of disciplines found in the tourism industry, including hospitality, public relations, marketing, photography and videography, as well as the day-to-day operation of a busy, professional state agency. Interns will report to Missouri Division of Tourism’s main office in the Truman Building, 301 W. High St., in Jefferson City. Housing during the internship is not provided. Through this program, interns will gain the experience essential to help them launch careers in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
