Located in rural northeast Missouri, amid corn and soy beans, our 17,000-acre farm is home to more than 6,000 Holstein cows and 1,500 goats. Milk from the cows and goats is made into cheese. Come see our 60-cow carousel in action.
The herd is not treated with artificial growth hormones. Since 2005, the creamery has grown to a current daily production capability of 3,000 pounds of hand-crafted, fresh and aged cheese.
