1. To publish and license content on VisitMO.com;
2. To publish and license content on News.VisitMO.com for media use in any publications or mediums related to that source;
3. To publish and license content on the VisitMO Facebook page;

Off-topic content includes, but is not limited to, that which is intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, defamatory, commercial, or political. For discussions that are specific to the travel industry in the state of Missouri, please post content on www.facebook.com/MissouriDivisonofTourism.
The Missouri Division of Tourism assumes no liability for any damages or loss of any kind that might arise from the use of, misuse of or the inability to use the VisitMO Facebook page and/or the materials contained on the page. The Division also assumes no liability for improper or incorrect use of materials or information contained on the page. All materials that appear on the VisitMO Facebook page are distributed and transmitted "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and subject to the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer.
