Twin Pines Conservation Education Programs for July 2020

Location: Twin Pines Conservation Education Center
Many animals are only active at night.  Learn what to expect to see and hear from the “night shift” with this hike along the trails at Twin Pines.  This programs is designed for all ages.  Suitable shoes are recommended.

Even though the Red Bud blooms have long since disappeared for 2022, hopefully this class will inspire you to plan next year’s jellies with this flower in mind. So easy and simple, you will not be disappointed in the flavor you will achieve with these beautiful purple blooms.
Date: Wednesday, July 27, 2022 10 a.m.-11 a.m.
Location: Twin Pines Conservation Education Center
Join us as we teach you how to make beautiful flowers with simple twigs from Missouri’s native trees that will amaze all flower lovers. Better yet, these flowers will last for years!
                                 A virtual program will be available from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
Registration period: June 28 – July 28
Date: Thursday, July 28, 2022 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
Location: Twin Pines Conservation Education Center

This class is a 12 month program that will meet once a month all year long. You will learn simple, but beautiful embroidery techniques as we explore some of the most stunning and unique Winged Things found in the beautiful landscapes of Missouri.  By signing up, you are committing to attend all twelve of the monthly sessions so that you will be able to complete all 15 blocks for and entire quilt.                                                                                  A virtual program is available from 4:00 to 4:30 pm.
