Twin Pines Conservation Education Center programs for December 2019:

Pine Needlers on December 17, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. to Noon and 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

With Missouri black bear populations on the rise, this month's Pine Needlers will make this large mammal the focus of the third block of the Ozark themed quilt.  This animal has had quite a comeback in recent years and it pays to know as much as possible and be "bear aware" as you enjoy the Missouri outdoors. The Twin Pines staff will help you do just that. This class is designed for ages 16 and up. Attendees under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Class size limit of 15. Two sessions will be offered. The first starts at 10:30 a.m. and the second starts at 5 p.m. Reservations are required.

Make reservations on-line at www.mdc.mo.gov/twinpines.
