This annual event at the St. Louis Mercantile Library brings together thirty local and national art and rare book dealers offering materials of interest to history buffs, art enthusiasts, as well as both beginning and experienced collectors.
Featured treasures include something for everyone, including historic maps;illustrated and first-edition rare books; prints and photographs from the 19th century to today; original watercolors and pastels; and unique paper collectibles on a broad range of subjects - all in a friendly, relaxed environment with ample free parking and a cafe on site.
The Fair opens with a preview party on Friday evening and continue with hours on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday will feature free demonstrations by participating artists. Special admission pricing is available for students. Proceeds from the Fair supports the Library’s acquisition and conservation funds.
