Calling all gardeners! It is spring and time to get busy. First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site will be hosting an event in honor of National Gardening Day on Saturday, April 9. The historic site maintains, plants and grows a variety of plants and gardens, including an heirloom vegetable garden, herb gardens and native plantings. The staff and volunteers invite you to attend this free event featuring guest speakers, hands-on activities, and garden industry vendors and experts.
