Explore the rich and colorful history of Missouri through the eyes of the state’s most beloved artist, Thomas Hart Benton. Visit Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26, from noon to 4 p.m. to view the scaled replica of the mural from the Missouri state Capitol. On Sunday, June 26, historic site staff will bring the mural to life through the use of local artifacts related to the mural in a pop-up exhibit near the Boone home.
