Demonstrations and exhibits of life and activities before the industrial era, when all power came from animal traction and homestead items were made by hand. Sorghum pressing, corn grinding, spinning, natural dyeing, soapmaking, pioneer games and toys, beekeeping, leatherwork, stonemasonry, blacksmithing, and more. Draft horse Roman riding, Oxen care and training, field work, mini-straw bale pressing, and other special presentations. Live mountain and gospel music, delicious chuckwagon Dutch-oven and heritage food available.
Please note–No pets, no ATV’s or the like will be allowed thru the public gate. Admission is cash only, $6 per person ages 6 to adult, ages 5 & younger are free.
