Discover the wild world through the woodland during this guided discovery hike on Knob Noster State Park's McAdoo Trail. This hike will be about two miles and is expected to last about two hours. Hikers will encounter dirt-surface trail with water crossings, rocks, stone steps and occasional steep grades and inclines. This hike is of moderate difficulty. Children and leashed four-legged friends are welcome.
Please dress for the weather, and bring water and a snack. Meet at the McAdoo Equestrian Trailhead off DD Highway, near the entrance of Camp Bobwhite at 2 p.m. to begin the hike.
