Earth Day Honeysuckle Hack – Windsor

Join millions around the world in celebration of the 52nd annual Earth Day on Friday, April 22, 2022, by participating in a honeysuckle hack volunteer event at Katy Trail State Park.

The project will consist of invasive plant control. Volunteers should meet at the Windsor Trailhead at MKT mile marker 248 (38° 32′ 9.1788″ N, 93° 31′ 28.8012″ W) at 1 p.m. to sign in and begin service. Projects will be completed by 3 p.m. Bring personal water, snacks and work gloves.

Volunteer by yourself, with your family, or with a group or organization. Registration is required. This will allow staff to prepare projects according to your group’s needs.
