In this class, we will demystify how to use your Dutch ovens. This class is different then what you are used to as we would like for you to bring your Dutch ovens and all of the ingredients that you will need to cook your dish. We will help you not only cook your dish, but show you some tips and tricks about starting your fire, how much charcoal to use, how to clean and care for your cast iron and more. Best of all, when all the dishes are done, we can have lunch! Charcoal will be provided. Registration is recommended.
