The Dope A Sneakers (DAS) are the area’s premier classic R&B and Hip Hop cover band. The band was named to their hometown Jefferson City’s ‘City’s Best’ list for 2021 and are known for their high-energy shows. DAS is made up of Bobby Showers (MC Robbie Rain) and Jeff Blumer (MC Jables) on lead vocals, Jay Pelzer on lead guitar and keys, Tom Reichart on drums, Steve Doerhoff on bass, and DJ Curtis Davis (aka Ya Girl’s Favorite DJ, DJ Curt!) on the ones and twos and supporting vocals.
