Join us in downtown Macon, Missouri, and celebrate the 100th birthday of Don Knotts, the comical character from the Andy Griffith Show. The event’s headliner is nationally acclaimed Sean Dietrich – “Sean of the South” – who is the author of 15 books and made appearances at the Grand Ole Opry. There will also be Mayberry expert and author, Randy Turner, along with musical guest Keota – a group who plays eclectic music, weaving acoustic instruments into songs you might not expect (plus featuring music from “The Andy Griffith Show”!). There will be a meet and greet to follow.
Doors open at 1 p.m. for the 2 p.m. performance, so be sure to arrive early to secure your seats. It is reserved seating (handicap seating available), so order your ticket to this once-in-a-lifetime event through Eventbrite or call 660-413-2244.
