Children ages 9 to 15 will spend three days with park naturalists learning about caves, cave formation, cave ecosystems including the cave food chain, and why cave preservation is so important. Each day will be filled with activities both above and below ground and on the last day campers will get to participate in their very own wild caving experience hosted by trained professional cavers!
There will be a small fee associated with the camp to cover costs of educational materials that will be supplied by the Onondaga Friends Association. Attendance to the day camp will be limited to 20 participants. Please check the website for more details, a registration form and registration deadlines.
