Aug
03

Bear sightings in Missouri have become more common in recent years. Join representatives from the Missouri Department of Conservation at the amphitheater to see what a bear trap looks like and to learn about the scientific data that they collect from each bear before it is released to go about its merry way. Learn about the history of bears in Missouri and what the future for bears in Missouri holds.

Meet at the park's amphitheater. This event is free and open to public. For more information about this program, contact Connie Weber at 573-751-1224 or connie.weber@dnr.mo.gov.
