This is a yearly event to not only get the alpacas ready for the summer months, but to support a worthy cause.
We will have food for sale, a 50/50 raffle drawing, basket raffles and fiber demonstrations. People will be available to answer all your questions on the joy of raising alpacas. The boutique will also be open for you to shop the lovely items made of alpaca fiber. Not only do we have alpacas but there are a few llamas, a couple of goats that love attention and a pig who likes to roam around.
Admission is $5 per person, which includes a cup of grain to feed your favorite critter and a 10% discount at the boutique. Many photo opportunities are available so bring your camera and get a selfie with a furry critter.
The farm will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 6, 2023. This is a fun event for all ages. Come watch one alpaca get a haircut or stay all day and watch them all.
Admission, food and raffle sales will all be donated to TASK this year. TASK is a non-for profit 501 (c)3 organization that provides athletic and social opportunities for children and young adults with special needs in the St Louis Area. TASK offers programs, clubs, camps and family events. Bring the family, have a great time and support a great cause.
