West Bottoms Whiskey Co. is a craft whiskey distillery and cocktail parlor located in the historic West Bottoms district of Kansas City. Our distillery and cocktail parlor are open to the public through many unique experiences including Distillery Tours, Reserved Seating in our train tunnel parlor, and behind the scenes bottling crew evenings.
Our cocktail parlor is open 5 days a week and offers a variety of whiskey cocktails, whiskey flights, pours of our whiskeys and limited beer, wine and snack options. Walk-ins are welcome!
We produce multiple whiskeys including our 99 point rated Kansas City Whiskey, Distiller’s Cut: American Single Malt Whiskey and American Blended Malt Whiskey. All are available to sample as part of a whiskey flight or as part of our Distillery Tour experience.
We chose the West Bottoms as our home and namesake because we are inspired by the inventors, innovators, and entrepreneurs of the 1800s who worked, toiled, and celebrated in these buildings as they forged what would become Kansas City.
We honor the men and women who drove change by marrying old traditions with new technology by constantly experimenting with new distilling, blending, and aging techniques in our never-ending quest to create the ever-more perfect American Whiskey.
