The Victorian stone house was the famous artist’s home from 1939 until his death in 1975. Benton converted the carriage house into his art studio. The main house and the studio contain many of his belongings and works of art. A blank canvas, paintbrushes and paints remain in the studio just as he left them. Tours: $4; ages 6-12 $2.50; younger than 6 is free. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
