This park has full hook-ups and pull thrus, shady sites and picnic tables, laundry and showers, and a clean and quiet atmosphere. Propane on-site. We are located about six miles east of Gainesville, approximately 60 miles east of Branson, and within 20 minutes of Bull Shoals Lake. Tenters, bikers, and pets on leash are welcome. Weekly and monthly rates are available. Yes, we have Wi-Fi.
All rates are based on a two-person party. Each additional person will be charged $2 extra per day. Children ages 5 and younger stay free. Opportunities to step back in time are rare and exciting. Dawt Mill is a resort that brings life to a restored circa 1860s grist mill and village. Centered on the roller mill, which ground corn into meal, the small village of Dawt was once a bustling community.
Visitors are treated to the General Store, a Post Office (which now serves as a deli), 1860s dwellings which are converted into modern-day lodging, and the beautiful North Fork of the White River.
Dawt Mill offers canoeing, kayaking, tubing, rafting, cabins and camping. The Grist Mill Restaurant is located inside the renovated mill.
Henegar’s GristMill Restaurant is located inside Dawt Mill, a rejuvenated circa 1866 grist mill, with a breathtaking view of the North Fork of the White River.
Dawt Mill offers a general store, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, rafting, cabins and camping.
We offer 10 acres for tent camping; 15 RV sites, with electric. We have a fully furnished mobile home that sleeps eight; amenities include AC, washer and dryer, and a front porch offering a view of the White River. Electric hook ups for RVs available next to mobile home. New bath and shower facilities.
Activities include fishing, canoeing, swimming and picnics. Canoes available for our guests only. This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, family-oriented campground.
There is a large pavilion with a propane stove and large coolers, along with prep tables and serving tables. Beautiful meadow for family recreation and games. Entire campground located on the riverbank.
From West Plains, travel on Route W160 for 30 miles, turn north on Route PP, then go 1.2 miles to campground entrance.

Members of the Ozark County Chamber of Commerce serve guests at Bull Shoals Lake, Norfork Lake, Bryant Creek and the North Fork of the White River. Our website gives information and lists upcoming events. A map of Ozark County is available online and at our office; the map highlights Hodgson Mill, Dawt Mill, Rockbridge Mill, Mark Twain National Forest, Caney Mountain Refuge, Dora, Gainesville, Isabella, Pontiac, Rockbridge, Tecumseh, Theodosia and other small towns and locations throughout the county.
Dawt Mill is offering Ozark Mill Tours beginning at Dawt Mill. A one week minimum notice is required as well as a minimum of 10 participants and maximum of 30. Groups can travel to Dawt Mill or be picked up from any motel in West Plains or location to begin their tour.
Price of tour includes a boxed lunch and bottled water. The duration of the tour is 4-5 hours and includes a visit to Rockbridge Mill, Hodgson Mill and Zanoni Mill as well as Dawt Mill. Special lodging rates, based on availability, with the Ozark Mill Tour paid admission. The cost of the tour is $25 per person beginning at Dawt Mill, $2 per mile per group if picked up in West Plains.
We are located at Tecumseh, on the banks of Norfork Lake. This is a small, quiet getaway where guests simply relax and enjoy Mother Nature's great outdoors. We are just off the highway for convienence, but very quiet and private; our deck offers a great view of the lake.
The managers do live on-site for security and to provide assistance to guests. A 75-foot walking path, with some downhill slopes, leads to the waterfront. Bring your boat; a boat launch is available and is within one-eighth of a mile from the cabins (you can see the boat launch site from the cabins). Cabins are clean and furnished with the necessities you need, including heat/air conditioning.
Kayak rentals are available for guests to enjoy the the rivers that create our beautiful lake; the rivers join just north of our facility. Lodging rates based on double occupancy.
This is a rural campground on the North Fork of the White River. RV and tent sites, some with electric hook-up. Bathhouse with flush toilets and hot showers. Closed in November. Camping the rest of year by appointment.
There are four one-bedroom motel units w/baths and one sleeper cabin without bath. All have air conditioning, but you must bring your own sheets, blankets and towels.
Float and fish the White River and Bryant Creek. Canoe, kayak, raft and tube rentals are available (see separate listing).
Located nine miles south of Dora off Route 160; seven miles on Route H. High season May-September. Open by appointment the rest of the year.
Important: Do not bring your own firewood.
Rocky Top is a quiet, family destination. We have seven cabins: two cabins sleep four; two sleep three; one sleeps two; one sleeps 5 and one sleeps seven. Linens are provided.
Cabins include: stove; refrigerator; microwave; coffee pot; linens; kitchen utensils; picnic table; and grills.
The five- and seven-person cabins are sleeping cabins only; they are close to the clubhouse, which has bathrooms and showers.
RV and tent sites are available. The club house includes: a pool table; electronic darts; air hockey; ladder ball; showers; and restrooms. Firewood is available. We also have a 9-hole disc-golf course. There is a dump station on-site.
Rocky Top Campground is a quiet, family destination. We have 20 RV sites, including water and electric (20- and 30-amp), fire-pits and picnic tables. There is a dump station on-site.
The clubhouse includes: a pool table; electronic darts; air hockey; ladder ball; showers; and restrooms. We have a nine-hole disc-golf course. Firewood is available.
