We have five, two-bedroom cedar log cabins, with full kitchens including dishwashers. The bedrooms have a queen size bed; the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a full size futon. Each cabin has central heat and cooling. There are barbecue grills, picnic tables and fire pits. We are located within five minutes of Bull Shoals Lake and a full service marina.
Bull Shoals Lake is one of the best-kept secrets in the midwest.
We are an association of local resorts, marinas and boat-repair shops to serve your lake vacation needs. Our resorts are family owned and operated; Bull Shoals Lake is uncrowded and a great place to get away for any sport on, in or under the clear, clean water.

Members of the Ozark County Chamber of Commerce serve guests at Bull Shoals Lake, Norfork Lake, Bryant Creek and the North Fork of the White River. Our website gives information and lists upcoming events. A map of Ozark County is available online and at our office; the map highlights Hodgson Mill, Dawt Mill, Rockbridge Mill, Mark Twain National Forest, Caney Mountain Refuge, Dora, Gainesville, Isabella, Pontiac, Rockbridge, Tecumseh, Theodosia and other small towns and locations throughout the county.
We rent Sea-Doo brand personal watercraft; a great way to add to your enjoyment and explore Bull Shoals Lake. We rent by the hour, half-day or day. Reserve yours early. We are located in Theodosia, on Route 160, 45 miles east of Branson.
Partner Junction sets on the corner of Route 160 and Route 95, two miles west of the Theodosia bridge. Our driveway is on Route 95; it's the first driveway on the right if you're traveling from Route 160, or the last driveway on the left if you are traveling down Route 95.
Pontiac Lodge has 11 housekeeping kitchenettes with decks that overlook Bull Shoals Lake. Wi-Fi is available.
We are a one-quarter mile from the marina, which rents stalls, pontoon boats and fishing boats and 2 restaurants. Pets smaller than 20 pounds allowed (with prior approval) for an additional cost.
This 45,000-acres lake, with its more than 740 miles of shoreline and clear waters, is a great spot for water sports, including scuba diving. Bull Shoals Lake is known for its excellent fishing opportunities for white bass, largemouth bass and walleye, catfish and crappie. Restaurants, lodging and other attractions are plentiful in Theodosia, Pontiac, Protem and Isabella.
