This is a u-pick berry and vegetable farm. Almost all of our produce is available for you to pick; or, if you call in advance, we'll pick it for you. We are open daily, except during inclement weather, from late April through October.
We start with asparagus in late April; followed by strawberries in late May and early June; after that, vegetables as they mature: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, corn, and whatever else we had time to plant.
About the second week of July, we have blackberries—no thorns on the plants, mowed grass between trellised rows, and no chiggers. These last until about the middle or end of August, at which time the raspberries take over and last almost until frost.
If we get our pumpkins planted by Father's Day, we'll have pumpkins from late September until Halloween.
We are closed from November until the asparagus appears again the following spring.
