We are a mile-and-a-half by water from world famous Party Cove. We rent boats, three-person personal watercraft and Cruiser Charters with a Coast Guard licensed captain.
Rent by the hour, day or week. We have a "sea" store and gas dock. Reservations recommended for boats and PWC.
Watch the sunset over the amazing main channel view from this renovated (April 2011) three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two-level waterfront condo. The master suite on the lower level has a king bed, TV, private bathroom (shower/tub combo), walk-in closet, and a enclosed hot tub on the deck. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, and semi-private bathroom. The third bedroom is on the lower level; it has a full bed and two twin bunk deds, ideal for giving the kids a little space. The third bath and a half are downstairs, too, so everyone can get ready before hitting the water.
This spacious condo has an open concept on the main level making the living room and dining area perfect for a large family gathering. The dining table seats six (extra chairs available) and bar seating brings four more people into the plan. The lower level also has a family room if you need to spread out. Two decks (one screened) provide a nice view of the lake at the 3-Mile-Marker.

If you have a large family or golf group we have two units at Copper Ridge sleeping a total of 16 people with 13 beds. Copper Ridge is located on the (3-Mile-Marker) beautiful Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark with a pool that has a view of the lake. Located within 20 minutes of many area attractions, including the Bagnell Dam Strip and Osage Beach Premium Outlets, Season's Ridge Golf Course, and fine dining options, including the Blue Heron.
Renovated Spring 2011, this two-bedroom condo has a panoramic main channel view to match. Relax in the master suite, with brand new bedding for the king bed, and deck access. The adjoining master bath (shower/tub combo) has new lighting and hardware. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private deck. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo.

We have two units at the Falls complex, so if you have a group of 12 or fewer, this could be your location. This condo is located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road or on the 2.5-Mile-Marker by water. There are only three steps down from the parking lot into the unit.
Grant's Landing is a home located in Osage Beach at the 21-Mile-Marker. Great cove location just off the main channel. Includes a two-well dock, plus a large deck overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing and barbequing. The master bedroom opens onto the deck and is complete with a bath featuring a jetted tub, his and her sinks, separate shower and a large walk-in closet. Second master suite also has own bath and walk-in closet. Home also features high-speed Internet access. Four-night minimum during summer season.
Hank's Haven is a four-bedroom waterfront home featuring two master suites, each with a king bed and private bath. A third bedroom features two extra-long twins that can be combined to form a king, and the fourth bedroom features twin bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The kitchen, living and dining area are all located on the lower level, as is one of the master suites. There is a half-bath and laundry on the lower level. You will enjoy the large deck located off the lower level; small private decks for two of the upstairs bedrooms; and a private, two-well covered dock with swim platform.
Good place to fish, swim or just relax on a raft. Two golf courses, several restaurants and shopping options, including the Bagnell Dam Strip, are within 20 minutes of this home.
Harbor Heights Hideaway is located in Osage Beach across from the outlet mall and by water at the 17.5-Mile-Marker. You will enjoy a great main channel view from either of two decks overlooking the water. Features include two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed, semi-private bath and deck access, a third bedroom with two twin beds and a family room with a queen sleeper and futon.
Other features include a full kitchen, breakfast bar, wet bar and game room with a foosball table and a large deck with a gas grill. Located within 15 minutes of golf, restaurants, attractions (such as Miner Mikes indoor amusement park) and shopping including the 110-store outlet mall with a five-screen movie theater. Paradise Point features a large master suite with a king bed and private bath; the main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room with three stories of windows overlooking the lake, a half-bath, and laundry room. The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a view of the lake, and a family room.
