This museum features more than 300 pieces, including, among other items: steam, diesel and electric locomotives; passenger and freight cars; automobiles; streetcars; buses; and aircraft. A special collection features Route 66.

The Creation Station ($2) is designed to teach kids younger than 6 about different modes of transportation.

Admission: $8; ages 3-12, $5. Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & Day.
