Step back into the past and experience lost skills, arts and crafts of the Ozarks. The celebration includes mill tours, old-time music, dance, crafts, arts of the Ozarks, soap making and sheep shearing.

Watch blacksmiths makeing steel to be transformed into a gun barrel, a knife and horse shoes. See a real whiskey still. Attend an Ozark quilting bee. Try your hand at using a cross cut saw. These are a few of the skills from the past waiting for you.

Friday is “students day," for school groups. Contact the park naturalist for information.
