Join us on May 10 for the 2nd Chiefs 5K at Arrowhead Stadium featuring a one-of-a-kind finish on the 50 yard line. Feel the rush of excitement as you run out of the Chiefs tunnel and on to the field for a dramatic finish in front of your cheering section.
Participants receive commemorative t-shirt, one-of-a-kind Chiefs 5K finishers medal, post-race celebration at Arrowhead Stadium. Registration ends May 8.
After a winter of cold and snow what can be more fun than getting outdoors in the spring to enjoy the weather, get some exercise and help others all at the same time? It is how one should multi-task!
This event will be held at Twin Pines Conservation Education Center and is open to all ages; just bring a can of food to donate to the local food pantry.

PatientPAL presents “Dash to the Splash” benefitting The Caring People on Saturday, June 14, 2014. The race begins at White Water at 7:30 a.m. The first 500 registered participants will receive a t-shirt and a day pass to White Water (good through June 29, 2014). A Glow in the Park race will be a social running event themed as the ultimate party run. Races will be between 2 to 3.1 miles in distance and held in Queeny Park.
There will be “obstacles" along the course for runners to conquer. The obstacles will include two foam pits, two glow-water sprays, and two glow-powder dustings. This is all in preparation for the dance party at the end of the race, at which finishers will celebrate to beats spun by a local deejay.
The races will take place just after dark for a unique experience with glow colors and lighting.

Ken Coleman dedicated his life to improving the lives of children who have suffered abuse and neglect. Please join us in honoring his memory with your participation in Great Circles Ken Coleman Memorial 5K Race. Race begins at 8:00 am Saturday, June 14th at Great Circle – Springfield campus (1212 W. Lombard). Pancake breakfast will follow the race. $20 pre-registration or $25 day of the race – Register today at www.greatcircle.org/events.

On your mark, get ready for fun and exercise on a pretty October morning by registering for O’Fallon’s Fall Fest 5K and 10k.
The 3.1 and 6.2-mile race, which has divisions for all ages and a costume contest for race participants, will begin outside O’Fallon’s Municipal Centre, 100 North Main Street. Runners can set their own pace as they follow a marked circuit through the neighborhood, returning to the start/finish line at City Hall.
The Fall Fest 5K and 10k offers 11 divisions and the Fall Costume Contest is open to all race participants at no extra charge. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female runners overall, the top three male/female runners in each division, and for 1st, 2rd and 3rd place for best fall costumes worn throughout the race by participants.
Complimentary snacks and beverages will be served after the race, with the awards ceremony beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. The Annual Fall Festival will open nearby in Civic Park at 10 a.m.
