A spring flows from a rock bluff. There is a mill and a 100+ year old log cabin. The site is popular for weddings, family outings, and photographers. A blacksmith shop once stood between the house and the cave entrance, north of the spring outlet. The present mill was built between 1927 and 1929. North from Alton on Route 19; turn onto Route 156; 1.5 mils to Falling Spring Picnic Area.
