Agritourism + Farm / Agriculture Event
Agritourism is a growing industry in Missouri because of the large amount of agriculture in our state. Visit one of our many pumpkin farms, dairies, u-pick patches or orchards, wineries, corn mazes, or Christmas tree farms.

Heritage crafts and old-tyme farming skills are highlighted in this two-day family event that showcases a simpler life. Draft animal teams demonstrate no-gas-needed farming skills and offer wagon rides, as well provide power for corn-grinding and sorghum pressing (weather permitting). The festival includes: molasses cooking; spinning; weaving; natural dyeing; soap making; hand tool woodworking; gourd crafting; rope making; wild-fiber baskets; native plant hikes; children's primitive games and toys; beekeeping; rare livestock breeds on display; dog herding demonstrations; live bluegrass and mountain music.
