Watch live jazz music and artist competition with chalk art drawings. Art competition begins at 12:30 p.m. and the music starts at 1:30. Music stage will be at the corner of Madison and High Streets. Chalk art competition will take place on High Street from Jefferson to Monroe streets.
The Jefferson City Cultural Arts Commission would like to extend a special invitation to the 4th Annual Wine and Design 5 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at The Village Square, originally Warwick Village. The evening will offer a wine tasting and pairing of hors d'oeuvres along with a unique art auction as well as artist’s booths, musical entertainers and more.
The cost is $10/ticket and proceeds will go to outdoor public art installations (Advance ticket purchase as Art Bazaar, Brew House and Carrie’s Hallmark).

The Elizabeth Rozier Gallery will showcase selections of the Missouri State Museum’s extensive collection of St. Louis World’s Fair memorabilia. Come to the gallery for a fun look at the trinkets, toys and tales that survived the fleeting existence of the fair.
For seven months, April 30 to Nov. 30, 1904, the Show-Me state showed off. Travelers visited St. Louis to marvel at innovations and inventions from around the world. To remember their trip to the 1,200-acre fair, visitors bought and brought home all manner of keepsakes.
This exhibit will highlight photographs, quotes and mementos that capture the feeling of the fair. Come see some of the spectacle that was the 1904 World’s Fair.
