The master suite on the lower level has a king bed, TV, private bathroom (shower/tub combo), walk-in closet, and a enclosed hot tub on the deck. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, and semi-private bathroom. The third bedroom is on the lower level; it has a full bed and two twin bunk deds, ideal for giving the kids a little space. The third bath and a half are downstairs, too, so everyone can get ready before hitting the water.

This spacious condo has an open concept on the main level making the living room and dining area perfect for a large family gathering. The dining table seats six (extra chairs available) and bar seating brings four more people into the plan. The lower level also has a family room if you need to spread out. Two decks (one screened) provide a nice view of the lake at the 3-Mile-Marker.

There is an inviting enterance to the unit, too; the welcoming deck is a great space to enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit also comes with a covered 10-foot by 20-foot boat slip. If you have a large family or golf group we have two units at Copper Ridge sleeping a total of 16 people with 13 beds. Copper Ridge is located on the (3-Mile-Marker) beautiful Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark with a pool that has a view of the lake. Located within 20 minutes of many area attractions, including the Bagnell Dam Strip and Osage Beach Premium Outlets, Season's Ridge Golf Course, and fine dining options, including the Blue Heron.

Every condo has a working washing machine and dryer, as well as a television set with cable and a DVD player. The larger condos (two- or three-bedroom) have multiple bathrooms, as well as Jacuzzi brand tubs in the master bathroom and indoor or outdoor pools available.

We have a furnished two-bedroom condo unit with washer and dryer. This unit is located at Fall Creek Resort. Facilities at the resort include: clubhouses; indoor and outdoor swimming pools; indoor and outdoor hot tubs; an exercise room; tennis courts; nature trails; fishing; and golf. We have a two-night minimum.

Three-bedroom lakefront condo at the Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach. Located only one mile from the outlet mall and in a large calm cove for skiiing. Condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, lakefront deck with a gas grill and furniture.

This year-round facility sits on a 21-acre point, with 2,200 feet of shoreline fronted by a lighted seawall. It offers an outstanding view of the lake.
