This Civil War encampment and living history event at Kendrick House includes, among other activities: drills and demonstrations by Civil War reenactors; a battle reenactment; tours of the Kendrick House; and historical information.
The encampment commemorates Col. J.O. Shelby's stay at the Kendrick House in October 1883 during the Civil War.
The Missouri 4th will be camped at the property Friday evening and will have a few members available during the Maple Leaf Parade. Drills and demonstrations will commence after the parade. This is a very interesting event for the entire family.
