Have you ever asked yourself why you should take care of the world around you? This month's story at Twin Pines Conservation Education Center, "Why Should I Protect Nature?" will help you with that answer.
When you have learned the reasons, stay with us for the story related craft featuring how to make pressed paper flowers and enjoy a nature song created especially for this story. This program is designed for the preschool child.
Reservations are required. For further information, to make a reservation or set up a special time for your group, call 573-325-1381.
Join the "stinkers" for this month's story "Leaf Man" to find out how leaves are the "food factories" for trees that help insure their survival. Then stay for the activities that are selected to go with the theme of the story. Make a "leaf man," sing a song and play the game, "Never Touched the Ground."
This program is for pre-school and kindergarten age groups. Reservations are required. For further information, to make a reservation or set up a time for your visit, call 573-325-1381.
