This Lake of the Ozarks property features several unique cabins from which to choose: five Tree House Cabins, rustic yet with many conveniences; one Boathouse Cabin next to the private 8-acre lake; the Cedar View Cabin overlooking the pool; the Shady Oak Cabin (sleeps 12), facing the woods; and the Oar House (sleeps 12), a more private location with full facilities, fireplace and a large deck looking into the woods. An RV campground is co-located.

Our resort is located on the 17 mile-marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. The individual cottages and new conference lodge make this resort ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats or just a getaway with friends. All individual cottages have three bedrooms with three bathrooms and will accommodate eight.
All cottages include: a fully equipped kitchen; washer and dryer; outdoor grill; and two decks. We offer on-site boat rentals, paddle boats, boat slips, a private boat launch, a swim dock, and a heated swimming pool, complete with fountains and a splash zone. In 2012, we opened a 7,000-square-foot conference center; features include two large screen TVs for presentations; a full commercial kitchen (available for guest use); the facility has seating for up to 200 people.

Lodging options include the cabins and a yurt. Each cabin features tables and chairs, a wood-burning stove and sleeping accommodations for six. A central showerhouse is provided. The cabins do not have electricity or running water.
The yurt, located in the campground, features a log futon, log futon bunk bed, coffee table, lamp and heater. The yurt has a maximum occupancy of six. Yurt users have access to the campground showerhouse.

The ramp for smaller boats is just steps away and Coffman Beach Public Launch Access in Rocky Mount is 20 minutes away on Lake Road Y-20 (8 miles SW of Eldon). Guests comment on the beautiful Christmas lights around all the docks in the cove at night. Many people call it Christmas Tree Cove. The real name is Possum Hollow, although you're just as likely to see a deer or turkey on your way to the Lake.
In the winter, it's so quiet and peaceful here that you can hear your own heartbeat. Relax for a week or get away for a few days.
