Come visit the home of Budweiser. Your free tour takes you through the brewing process; the Budweiser Clydesdale Stable; Lager Cellar; Brew House; the Bevo Packaging Facility; and the gift shop. Sample our products in the Hospitality Room. In addition to our free tours, the Beermaster Tour is a unique opportunity to experience a behind-the-scenes look at how we brew Budweiser. This tour offers a more up-close-and-personal look at the brewing and packaging process, with a chance to sample directly from a Finishing Tank. A microbrewery and restaurant located beside the Katy Trail, overlooking the Missouri River Valley. Our beer selections change seasonally. Great food and great beer are available throughout the day. We offer a children's menu and our own Rocket Root Beer, so bring the kids. We offer a beer dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. There is live music Sunday afternoons in the summer. We have an indoor dining area and outdoor seating. The dinner menu changes monthly, so check our Web site for the latest offerings. We prepare our food on site. This friendly downtown microbrewery, housed in a restored bank building that was built in 1888. The old bank vault is where the beer is brewed.

Bootleggers serves a full menu to accompany the in-house brewed beers. Specialties include: baby back ribs; chicken fried steak; fried alligator; beer-battered walleye; and a 20-oz, bone-in, cowboy ribeye.

The brew master creates a wide variety of beer styles and tastes, from flavorful ales and American pilsners to dark stouts and hearty wheat's.

Founded in 1989, Boulevard Brewing has grown to become one of the largest specialty brewers in the Midwest. We offer 45-minute tours of the brewery, Wednesday-Sunday. During the tour you hear the brewery’s history, take a walking tour of the plant, see short videos explaining the brewing and production process, learn about the different beers Boulevard makes, and taste the products. An exciting location for hand-crafted beer, good food and lots of live entertainment. Buckner’s keeps an ear to the pulse of the Cape music scene—if a band is hot around Cape, you can hear them at Buckner Brewing.

Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling features handcrafted brews made exclusively at the Coffman facility. All beers are produced in the state-of-the-art, 15-barrel microbrewery. The brewery bar, with rustic dark alder wood, houses all those who are eager to sample or purchase one of these brews. Right outside the brewery is a beer garden complete with stage and sound system for live music and events, as well as a large stone fire pit.

Customers are able to sip their favorite brew indoors or outdoors, watch the game on one of many flat-screen televisions, or take a tour of the facility to learn more about the brewing process and the historic Coffman area. But this new facility goes beyond beer, with the addition of a distillery, gourmet coffee roaster and country general store.

After sampling the specialty beers, guests can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans, try a cappuccino from the state-of-the-art Multi LM super automatic coffee machine by Carimali, try a cigar from the humidor, buy Missouri products in the general store, or simply relax by the fireplace in the sitting area. Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling offers a unique experience for more than just the avid beer connoisseur.

Granite City Food and Brewery is a casual-dining restaurant with an on-site brewery. At Granite City Food and Brewery, we serve signature beers, including Duke of Wellington (an English ale) and Broad Axe Stout (an authentic Irish beer), and entrees such as London broil. We offer a broad menu of items that are prepared fresh daily and are served in generous portions.

Our handcrafted beers are moderately priced and offer unique styles and flavors not typically produced by major breweries. Shortly before we opened our third store, we launched our patented brewing process, Fermentus Interruptus, which makes micro brewing for multiple locations more efficient. This process allows us to ship sweet liquid called wort from our central brewing facility to individual stores.

When this liquid reaches the stores, we begin the fermentation process and complete the brewing. We use Fermentus Interruptus at all of our Granite City Food and Brewery locations.

Public House Brewing Company is a microbrewery and pub in a warm, inviting, smoke-free atmosphere. We produce and serve many styles of handcrafted beer. Also, we have an extensive wine list.

Schlafly Bottleworks is a unique restaurant, featuring fresh meats and produce procured from local farmers and from our on-site garden. Live music is often scheduled inside, and in our large outdoor biergarten.

The facility is Schlafly’s main production brewery. Free, guided tours are given, Fri.-Sun., noon-5 p.m.; see how we handcraft each batch of Schlafly beer. The tour begins in our museum exhibit, which is dedicated to the rich brewing history of the city of St. Louis. From there you walk through our brewery and see every step of the brewing process, from the finest ingredients to the fermentation cellar. The tour concludes with complimentary samples (must be 21+ to sample) of several styles of fresh Schlafly beer.

The Schlafly Tap Room opened in 1991. It is housed in a beautifully restored circa 1904 building. The Tap Room enjoys a reputation as a casual, earthy place to drink, dine and enjoy live music.

The Schlafly Tap Room brews more than 40 handcrafted beer styles over the course of the year—as many as 15 are on tap.

Located on the original 1842 site, the Weston Brewing Company produces O'Malley's packaged beer for general distribution. Also, our beers are served at the America Bowman restaurant and O'Malley's Pub. Brewery tours are available Saturdays at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
