Built in 1893, our beautiful Victorian house was the home of Allen Percy Green, the owner/operator of the Green Refractory, a world renowned fire-brick manufacturer.
Four guestrooms. Guests are served a full, hot breakfast. Our ample common areas total more than 5,000 square-feet. The beautiful grounds cover half an acre. We enjoy a 99.7% customer satisfaction rate.

Jefferson House is situated in the vibrant Westside neighborhood of downtown Kansas City: a 13-room Neo-classic brick house designed in the late 1890's. We have lovingly restored the house, which boasts stunning views of downtown, in a European style, having moved to Kansas City from the British Channel Island of Jersey, situated nine miles from the northern coast of France.

We are located about 10 minutes from Country Club Plaza, less than 15 minutes from Starlight Theatre, and about 20 minutes from Crown Center.From I-435, take the Gregory Boulevard exit and go east to the top of the hill. Turn right onto James A. Reed Road and go to the bottom of the hill. Turn left into the driveway.
