Belvoir Winery's tasting room is filled with old-world charm, complete with a full bar. The 40,000-square-foot building is a former Odd Fellows Home, circa 1910. We have lots of space for private events or consider Belvoir for a wedding.

Belvoir, which is French for beautiful view, sits on 170 acres, with breathtaking vistas. It is located in the Odd Fellows Historic District off Route 291. Visit the winery and learn about the 130-year history of the property.

On days we have a wedding at the winery, we close the winery early at 6 p.m., and 5 p.m. in October only. Please call if you would like to check closing times.

Bushwhacker Bend Winery is situated on the banks of the Missouri River. Enjoy a glass of our wine on the tranquil, river view deck. We offer delectable cheeses and snacks that are hand-picked to accompany our wines.

We welcome special events, and invite our guests to bring a lunch from a local restaurant or bakery.

Our tasting room is an old barn built in 1930s, sitting atop the Missouri River bluffs overlooking our farm. The winery between two of our vineyards, letting you sit close to the vines. We have indoor and outdoor seating.

The building has a casual feel with the original rough-cut lumber from floor to ceiling. We have tried to make a space where you can feel comfortable in shorts or your favorite formal dress.

Fence Stile Vineyards & Winery is a family run vineyard and winery located 40 minutes from downtown Kansas City and set in the rolling hills of scenic Excelsior Springs. We believe wine is an experience to be savored and shared. We are committed to creating quality, affordable wines with a personal touch. Our winery offers wine tastings, wine and other beverages, custom-blended spices and oils, gift baskets, wine merchandise and wine accessories for sale. You can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the vineyards or in the indoor tasting room.

The outdoor fire pit is a great place to gather with family and friends on cozy evenings. Private tastings, tours and events are available. Call ahead and we will create a picnic for you or feel free to bring a picnic and we will help you pair it with a wine.

We know that good wine begins with good grapes; with that in mind, we have planted five varietals. We also believe the wine experience extends to the vineyard so we have planting parties, weeding parties, harvest parties, 'work in the vineyard' days and 'walk in the vineyard' evenings. We are a family friendly place (our son and goldendoodle are often seen running around). Kids are welcome (and so are pets, but you need to cleanup after both). We have several seating options (indoor, outdoor, or bring a picnic blanket and hangout by the pond). On days we have live music, be sure to come early and get a good seat.

Since there is a steady breeze, feel free to bring a kite, a bottle of bubbles, a frizbee or your bocce ball set. We have a book exchange and a basket full of games and cards to choose from as you relax at the vineyard.

Jowler Creek is in the hills north of Kansas City. We produce wines that are fun to drink and easy to pair with foods. Sample them all in our tasting room. Visit our website for a listing of events and join the wine club for unadvertised specials.

Ladoga Ridge is a boutique winery, surrounded by a beautiful vineyard. We offer free wine tasting; wine sales; food; a gift shop; music; and tours. Choose from our lunch and dessert menus. Sit inside, or soak up some sun in the outdoor seating area, surrounded by four acres of vineyards.

A caterer's kitchen is available, as well as tent space for small scheduled weddings and private events.

Located 1.6 miles from downtown Smithville, off Route F; .5 miles from Smithville Dam.

We offer 12 varieties of estate bottled wines made from grapes grown in our vineyard. The winery provides a tasting room and a scenic venue with a patio overlooking our 10-acre lake. Banquet facilities are available for private events.

Pirtle Winery started in 1978. Our tasting room and gift shop are housed in a circa 1867 German Lutheran Church. Our production facility is across the street. Complimentary tasting year-round. We offer a wide variety of grape and fruit wines. We are known for our mead, wine made from honey. Mead is thought to be the oldest fermented beverage on earth. Sit in our vine covered outdoor wine garden and enjoy Pirtle Wine with a picnic basket of warm bread, cheeses, fruit, and summer sausage.

The winery occupies a chapel built in 1858. Terre Beau has a tasting room, gift shop, wine garden and a patio. We have banquet faculties for private events. Closed Jan. 1, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Dec. 25.

On a working farm in a refurbished 1920s livestock barn, on Route 24, west of Lexington; 50 minutes east of Kansas City. The Winery takes its name from the three trails the pioneer's traveled West through Missouri; the Santa Fe Trail crosses the southern edge of our farm. Surrounding the winery is an eleven-acre vineyard, 10,000 square feet of greenhouses and a view of Missouri's finest landscape. We offer 15+ wines. See our Web site for details and schedules.
